Coach Cole began going to CrossFit when he went back to college in 2014 looking for a structured form of exercise that would match the intensity of Kickboxing. He discovered an entire lifestyle, which includes a strong community, support from athletes and coaches along with the most dynamic physical challenge he has ever been a part of. As a coach he loves watching members accomplish feats they never thought possible. That concept brought him into Crossfit and is what he loves to share with others.
